RETURN POLICY
You must notify us of any defect in the merchandise within 10 days of purchase at returns@dirtybirdvideo.com

Simply return it to us in original resaleable condition along with a print out of your receipt of purchase, and we will replace it.

Please be informed, however, that all sales are final, and there are no refunds provided for purchases made from this website. Also, we do not cover shipping expenses. As such, if you need to return a product to us, please be aware that you are responsible for shipping.

Note: This guarantee is for purchases made from this website only. Purchases made in retail locations must be returned to the appropriate vender for replacement.
